How much does it cost to build per sqm in Lisbon?
In 2024, new construction in Lisbon ranges from €800 to €1,500/sqm, depending on the finishes. Renovations range between €400 and €800/sqm. Every case is unique — request a personalized quote.
Do I need a building permit for renovations in Lisbon?
It depends. Interior works that do not change the structure usually don't need one. Extensions, facade changes, or structural alterations do. We advise on and handle the process with the City Hall
Do you only work within Lisbon city
We operate throughout the entire Lisbon Metropolitan Area: Oeiras, Amadora, Odivelas, Loures, Cascais, and Sintra. Outside this area, we evaluate on a case-by-case basis
Do you work with architects?
